Mr. Carlson has already produced a letter of <br /> credit to cover the restoration fees for the grading work. Mr. Carlson will have to sign a <br /> waiver that he is willing to commence grading at his own risk, if he desires to start <br /> grading prior to final plat approval. <br /> City Attorney Jim Hoeft has produced a draft developer's agreement for Hunter's <br /> Crossing. I have faxed this document to Tom Peterson and he is providing some of the <br /> figures for the appropriate letters of credit. This revised draft will be delivered at the <br /> meeting. <br />
