MEMO <br /> DATE : July 7, 2000 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM: Jim March <br /> RE : Hunter's Crossing Final Plat <br /> Included in your packet is a copy of the final plat for Hunter's Crossing. City Attorney <br /> Jim Hoeft is on vacation until next week Monday. He will be delivering the copies of the <br /> agreement for formal execution next week. I am not aware of any changes that need to <br /> be made to the developer's agreement. Please bring your copy to the meeting. <br /> Additional copies are available, if you need one. <br /> A copy of the final plat has been delivered to City Engineer Tom Peterson for his review. <br /> The only remaining item that I am researching is the formal approval of Met Council for <br /> the comprehensive plan amendment. I will report on this item at the meeting. <br />
