Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes 12 -02 -09 PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, December 2, 2009 - 6:30 p.m. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of Centerville held the regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. Love Staff: Staff Liaison Kim Stephan I. CALL TO ORDER Roll Call Chairperson Seeley called the December 2, 2009 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. II. SET AGENDA Chairperson Seeley requested adding an appearance by Mr. Matt Neutkens to update the committee on the installation of the blue bird houses. Chairperson Seeley also requested adding under Committee Business a discussion on the committee being supplied City email addresses. Committee Member Grahek requested adding a discussion of the condition of the fields at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park under Committee Business. Motion was made by Committee Member Amundsen, seconded by Committee Member Haiden, to set the agenda with above additions. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. III. APPEARANCES Mr. Matthew Neutkens, Eagle Scout Project, made an appearance to update the committee on the status of the bluebird house Eagle Scout Project. Mr. Neutkens brought a finished house with him for the committee's review and stated he has all of the houses completed. He has received donations to partially fund the supplies used and should have all the houses mounted in 1 of
