Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning <br /> and Zoning Committee held a special meeting on February <br /> 19, 1985 in City Hall. Chairman Tourville called the <br /> meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. Present: Buesseler, <br /> Lindgren. Absent: Welk, Murray. <br /> Correction to February 5, 1985, meeting minutes on page <br /> 1, last paragraph. "Rezoning matter was tabled by Planning <br /> and Zoning Commission until next meeting." Motion by <br /> Lindgren, second by Buesseler to approve the minutes <br /> of the February 5, 1985 meeting as corrected, motion <br /> carried. <br /> Discussion on rezoning of property at 6805 - 20th Avenue <br /> South. Copies of minutes from Public Hearing on this <br /> matter were distributed to Planning and Zoning members. <br /> Rezoning tabled until next meeting, when it will be <br /> reviewed relative to the floodplane. <br /> Clerk will get copies of ordinances to Planning and <br /> Zoning members. <br /> Animal ordinance tabled until next meeting. <br /> Discussion on choosing an assistant chairman was tabled until <br /> the next meeting. <br /> Motion by Lindgren, second by Tourville to send Peter <br /> Buesseler to Workshop on Rezoning - March 7, motion <br /> carried. Clerk will bring request to council meeting <br /> on February 27, 1985. <br /> Motion by Lindgren, second by Buesseler, to adjourn <br /> meeting, motion carried.
