r <br /> Page 2 <br /> Planning and Zoning Meeting <br /> Feb. 5, 1985 <br /> Deptuy Clerk will check with Lino City Hall to Determine from maps what <br /> Mr. BrokkOs land is zoned as. <br /> Deputy Clerk will give current copies of Ordinances k & 8 & Comprenshive Plan <br /> to each new member of the P & Z Committee. <br /> Deputy Clerk will start a list of expenses for formulating a budget to be <br /> presented to the City Council by Sept 1, 1985. <br /> Deputy Clerk will get Flood Plain Map for use at P & Z meetings. <br /> Deputy Clerk will describe land for rezoning with land description, address or <br /> location when public notice is given for rezoning. <br /> Chairman Tourville asked Deputy Clerk to bring request before City Council to <br /> have one member attend r & Z meetings this being rotated between Council Members. <br /> Deputy Clerk will provide copies of minutes of City Council meetings to P & Z <br /> members. <br /> Deputy Clerk will check with Bob Lindgren about his intentions of being a member <br /> of P & Z Commission. <br /> Deputy Clerk will make copies of Animal Ordinances from other towns for Peter <br /> Buesseler. <br /> Peter Buesseler presented materials on Water Recourse Management Plan and asked <br /> Deputy Clerk to distribute copies to P & Z members and to Mike Ayers. <br /> Animal Ordinance was tabeled for further study until next meeting. <br /> Future Agenda -- review zoning areas for accuracy. <br /> Chairman Tourville set next P & Z meeting for Feb. 19, 1985. <br /> Motion by Buesseler, second by Murray to adjourn, motion carried, <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.
