r <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> TUESDAY - SEPTEMBER 6, 1984 <br /> PRESENT: Walter Prachar, Chairman Melvin Dupre <br /> Elmer Murray Bob Lindgren <br /> ABSENT: Kathy Welk Dan Tourville <br /> Bob LaMotte <br /> Chairman Prachar called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM. <br /> Appearance of Jeff Nottum - He would like to build a <br /> solar enclosure around the existing step in the front <br /> of his house, and needs a variance to do so. <br /> Clerk will call Anoka County to check on highway setbacks. <br /> Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to grant a variance to <br /> Mr. Nottum on the basis that it would not be extended <br /> closer to the highway, motion carried. <br /> Appearance of Larry Cook - Discussion possibility of <br /> building a pole barn in Mr. Cook's back yard. Committee <br /> decided a variance was not needed, and he should apply <br /> for a bulding permit without one. <br /> Motion by Murray, second by Lindgren to adjourn meeting, <br /> motion carried.
