PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 1984 <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Walter Prachar, Chairman Bob LaMotte <br /> Dan Tourville Elmer Murray <br /> Kathy Welk Charles Baumann, liaison <br /> ABSENT: Melvin Dupre Bob Lindgren <br /> Chairman Prachar called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> Rich Granger and Jim Husnik appeared before P & Z with <br /> preliminary sketch of Peltier Lake Hills Addition #2 <br /> and gave brief resume on the development of same. <br /> Legal description of plat is Tract D, Registered Land <br /> Survey #65, 9.8 acres. <br /> Discussion was held on the reduction of lot sizes in <br /> Centerville. Dan Tourville wished to go on record agreeing <br /> with the concept of smaller lot sizes in Centerville. Motion <br /> by LaMotte, second by Murray to accept the concept of <br /> Peltier Lake Hills Addition #2 as presented to P & Z, <br /> Welk opposed, motion carried. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by LaMotte to hold a public <br /> hearing to amend Ordinance #4, Table B - Schedule of <br /> District Regulations - Lot and Yard Requirements, dealing <br /> with R -2 Single Family (Sewered) reducing the width of <br /> lots from 100' to 80', motion carried. Public Hearing <br /> will be held Tuesday, February 28th, at 7:00 PM. <br /> Jim Stevens appeared before P & Z with picture of house <br /> he wishes to move into Centerville on Lot 8, Block 1, <br /> Rehbein Estates. Size of lot is 107 x 178. He would <br /> like to convert house to a duplex and this would require <br /> a variance. P & Z agreed to hold a public hearing on <br /> the variance request on Tuesday, February 28, at 8:00 PM. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Welk to adjourn meeting, <br /> motion carried.
