Bob <br /> LaMotte, Chairman of P & Z has resigned because of health <br /> reasons for the remainder of his term. Motion by Murray, <br /> second by Lindgren to appoint Walter Prachar temporary <br /> chairman of P & Z, motion carried. <br /> Public hearing on preliminary plat of Royal Meadows <br /> was held. Area is located north of Main Street on <br /> 20th Avenue. Total acres: 10.88; number of lots: 43; <br /> minimum lot size is 7500 square feet, Discussion <br /> held on the following: central well system being nstalled; <br /> 2/3 acre playground equipped with approximately $3,000. <br /> of equipment, agreement with Gerald Rehbain on ponding <br /> area; letter from Al L'Allier on drainage problem and <br /> Rice Creek Watershed approval of plat (already approved). <br /> Motion by Murray, second by Lindgren to approve preliminary <br /> plat of Royal Meadows, motion carried. <br /> motion by Lindgren, second by Murray to adjourn meeting, <br /> motion carried.
