SPECIAL PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING - TUESDAY - APRIL 12, 1983 <br /> 7:00 PM - City Hall <br /> PRESENT: Bob LaMotte, Chairman Bob Lindgren <br /> Dan Tourville Mel Dupre <br /> Walter Prachar Michael Ayers <br /> Elmer Murray <br /> ABSENT: Kathy Welk <br /> Chairman LaMotte called the meetingto order at 7:00 PM <br /> Meeting was called to discuss the manufactured housing <br /> ordinance for the City of Centerville. <br /> Motion by Prachar, second by Lindgren to revise Article <br /> Two of Ordinance No. 4 proposing an R -4 Single Family <br /> Manufactured Housing District - sewered, roll call taken: <br /> Prachar, aye; Lindgren, aye; Ayers, aye; Murray, aye; <br /> Dupre, aye; Tourville, aye; LaMotte, aye, motion carried. <br /> Motion by Ayers, second by Prachar to recommend to the <br /> City Council that the Comprehensive Plan for the City of <br /> Centerville be amended to include R -4 Single Family <br /> Manufactured Housing District - sewered, roll call taken: <br /> Ayers, aye; Prachar, aye; Murray, aye; Lindgren, aye; <br /> Dupre, aye; Tourville, aye; LaMotte, aye; motion carried. <br /> Poll of P & Z was taken by Chairman that one (1) 10.8 acre <br /> parcel be sufficient for R -4 Single Family Manufactured <br /> Housing District: <br /> Ayers, aye; Murray, aye; Prachar, aye; Lindgren, <br /> aye; Tourville, aye; Dupre, aye; LaMotte, aye. <br /> P & Z meeting scheduled for next Tuesday, April 19 at <br /> 7:00 PM to draw up amendments to Ordinance #4; draw up <br /> manufactured housing district ordinance and to work on <br /> amendment to Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to adjourn meeting, <br /> motion carried.
