PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING - TUESDAY - APRIL 5, 1983 <br /> 7:00 PM - City Hall <br /> PRESENT: Bob Lal'lotte, Chairman Bob Lindgren <br /> Dan Tourville Kathy Welk <br /> Michael Ayers Mel Dupre <br /> Walter Prachar <br /> ABSENT: Elmer Murray <br /> Chairman LaMotte called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> Mr. Harvey Karth, representing Glenn Rehbein, appeared before <br /> P & Z with request for split of the attached 40 acre parcel <br /> into two 20 acre parcels. The $50.00 fee for same has been <br /> received before P & Z convened. Mr. Karth also requested <br /> the sewer service area of 17.92 acres be changed - all to <br /> be put on the 20 acre parcel described as follows: <br /> N2 of SW4 of NW4 of Section 23, Township 31, Range 22 West. <br /> Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to approve split of SW4 <br /> of NW4 of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22 West (40 acres) <br /> into 2 20 acre parcels with legals as follows: <br /> NI of SW4 of NW4 of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22 <br /> West and, <br /> S2 of SW4 of NW4 of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22 <br /> West <br /> and to change the sewer service area from the SW4 of NW4 of <br /> Section 24, Township 31, Range 22 West to the N2 of SW4 of <br /> NW4, Section 24, Township 31, Range 22 West, motion carried. <br /> Discussion was held on drawing up a manufactured housing <br /> district ordinance and procedures involved. <br /> Discussion was held with Jim and Jeff Gardner on the proposed <br /> Gardner Estates. <br /> P & Z scheduled another meeting for Tuesday, April 12 At <br /> 7:00 pm. <br /> Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to adjourn meeting, <br /> motion carried.
