PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING - TUESDAY <br /> MARCH 1 - CENTERVILLE CITY HALL <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:25 pm by Chairman LaMotte. <br /> PRESENT: Kathy Welk Bob Lindgren <br /> Dan Tourville Michael Ayers <br /> ABSENT: Walter Prachar Melvin Dupre <br /> Elmer Murray Lu Prachar, recording clerk <br /> Jeff and Jim Gardner appeared before P & Z with proposed <br /> sketch for housing development on Mill Road off of' Main <br /> Street. They would propose to develop the property as <br /> a PUD. Proposal will include 54 townhomes, 16 zero lot <br /> line units and 64 single family units making a total <br /> of 134. Proposal is drown up on smaller lots than our <br /> ordinance defines. They are also going to petition the <br /> council for sewer service to a 13 acre portion of property <br /> which is not serviced at present, density would be <br /> 3.71 /acre. Discussion followed. <br /> Motion by Lindgren, second by Welk to adjourn meeting, <br /> motion carried.
