PLANNING AND ZONING I G MEE TING <br /> TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 1982 <br /> PRESENT: Bob Lindgren <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Elmer Murray <br /> ABSENT: Bob LaMotte <br /> Chuck Baumann <br /> Kathy Welk <br /> Mr. Jerry Fischer from Parkview Realty appeared before P & Z <br /> with reference to Lots 4, 5, 6, Block 1, Burque's Addition <br /> No. 1. Mr. Earl Kruger is building a home on Lot 5. Mr. <br /> Dale Larson, 1580 Peltier Lake Drive, Lot 3, Block 1, Burque's <br /> Addition No.1 and Mr. Kruger wish to purchase Lot 4, 2 going <br /> to each. Lot 3 dimensions would then be 1122 x 172.05 and <br /> Lot 5 would be 1122 x 176.31. The parcel owners were made <br /> aware from P & Z to make their combinations on the property <br /> and the additional 372 feet would not be large enough to <br /> build a home. <br /> Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to grant split of Lot <br /> 4 and combination of Lot 3 and 2 of Lot 4, Lot 5 and a of <br /> Lot 4, motion carried. <br /> Resjec fp:lly submitted, <br /> `Lu P ac ,ar, City Clerk <br />
