PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> OCTOBER 12, 1982 - 7:00 PM <br /> PRESENT: Charles Baumann, Chairman <br /> Robert LaMotte <br /> Elmer Murray <br /> Kathy Welk <br /> ABSENT: Robert Lindgren <br /> Melvin Dupre <br /> Public hearing was held on the request of Jeff Nottum, <br /> 7238 Main Street to build an addition onto his home at <br /> the above address. This addition would place his <br /> home 36' from the traveled edge of Main Street. After <br /> considerable discussion, motion by Welk, second by <br /> Lamotte to deny the request for variance to Ordinance #4, <br /> Table B, setback requirements, motion carried. <br /> Mr. Bob Sero, 6709 Centerville Road appeared before P & Z <br /> to make them aware he is purchasing a 40 x 300 foot piece <br /> of land from Floyd Kruger, 6719 Centerville Road. Mr. <br /> Sero was made aware he would have to combine this parcel <br /> with his house parcel to make one and also no additional <br /> home would be built on the property. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu Prachar, Clerk <br />
