r <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> Tuesday - August 4, 1981 <br /> PRESENT: Chuck Baumann, Chairman Kathy Welk <br /> Bob LaMotte Elmer Murray <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> ABSENT: Michael Lynch Bob Lindgren <br /> Charlie Cross <br /> Chairman Baumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> Mrs. Jack Herdina of 7095 Brian Drive appeared with <br /> request for variance to Ordinance if10, Section II, <br /> RESIDENTIAL, paragraph G - REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS. <br /> They are constructing a storage building, 22 x 12. <br /> Motion by LaMotte, second by Dupre to grant variance <br /> to ORDINANCE #10, Section II, RESIDENTIAL, paragraph <br /> G - REAR YARD REAUIREMENTS, motion carried. Reason <br /> for variance is rear yard setback would be 15 feet. <br /> Recommendation from P & Z to submit proposed ordinance <br /> repealing Ordinance #10 to City Council for review. <br /> Balance of meeting was spent in work session on <br /> new zoning ordinance. <br /> Next scheduled meeting would be August 18th, 7:00 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu Prachar, Clerk <br /> IL <br />
