r <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MnmTING <br /> Tuesday - March 17 - 7:00 PM <br /> PRESENT: Charles Baumann, Chairman <br /> Bob LaMotte Bob Lindgren <br /> Mel Dupre Bob LaMotte <br /> Charles Cross <br /> Chairman Baumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> GARDNER ESTATES preliminary plat (revised) was presented <br /> to P & Z. P & Z went over the three items the council <br /> had specified at their meeting on the llth. Revised <br /> preliminary plat showed a jog in Dorothy Street, the <br /> eight corner lots now 110 x 150, the 13 acre piece that <br /> is unsewered is now called GARDNER ESTATES - 2nd ADDITION, <br /> and will not be part of this plat. <br /> They still do not have the drainage or ponding problem <br /> taken care of. They will have to draw up some kind of <br /> drainage plan for submission to the council for approval. <br /> The plat is now 23 acres and 50 lots. After considerable <br /> discussion, motion by Cross, second by Dupre, to approve <br /> the concept of GARDNER ESTATES contingent on a letter from <br /> Mr. Short and Mr. Williams with their recommendations on <br /> the plat, contingent on solving the ponding problem or <br /> approved drainage plan, contingent on Rice Creek Watershed <br /> approval, motion carried. <br /> Balance of meeting was spent going over the proposed <br /> Ordinance #10. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:35 pm.
