PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> TUESDAY - NOVEMBER 11, 1980 <br /> 7:00 PM - CITY HALL <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman <br /> Mel Dupre • <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> Charles Baumann <br /> Bob Lindgren <br /> Bob LaMotte (arriving late) <br /> ABSFNT: Archie Gay <br /> Sitting In: George Haberman <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm. <br /> Mr. Gerald Grundhofer appeared before P & Z with reference <br /> to a liquor license for a Off -Sale liquor store in Center- <br /> ville. The store would be located on Main Street, east <br /> of the superette. <br /> After considerable discussion, motion by Zimny, second <br /> by Lindgren to poll the P & Z as follows: FOR - Bob Lindgren, <br /> Mel Dupre; AGAINST: Tom Wilharber, Charles Baumann, Frank <br /> Zimny; (Bob LaMotte not in attendance as yet) - polling <br /> was done by the P & Z for their personal opinions relative <br /> to granting Mr. Grundhofer an off -sale liquor license; <br /> personal opinion tally as above, motion carried. <br /> Balance of meeting was spent on working up revised zoning <br /> ordinance for the city. <br /> Motion by La second by Wilharber to recommend the <br /> name of George Haberman to the City Council to become <br /> member of P & Z Committee, effective immediately, motion <br /> carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9 :53 PM. <br /> Res!e u11y submitted, <br /> 0 <br /> Lu Pr -char, Clerk <br /> L <br />
