PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING - Tuesday, October 7, 1980 <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman <br /> Bob LaMotte <br /> Melvin Dupre <br /> Charles Baumann <br /> Tom Wilharber (arrived later) <br /> ABSENT: Archie Gay <br /> Bob Lindgren <br /> Messrs. Jeff and Jim Gardner from Gardner -Seim Con- <br /> struction appeared before P & . with concept of <br /> twin -home construction in the Rehbein Estates <br /> development. Discussion was held on the size of <br /> each home being 1144 square feet, separate utilities <br /> but using one stub in the easement for sewer service, <br /> owner occupied, separate building permits. Motion <br /> by Dupre, second by Baumann to recommend to City <br /> Council they approve the concept of the twin -home <br /> construction in Rehbein Estates with zero lot line, <br /> and wye connection for city sewer from one stub, <br /> motion carried. <br /> Lake Area Utilities, represented by Mr. Willie Lessard, <br /> appeared before P & Z, requesting approval of building <br /> to be erected on Joe LaCasse property at 6995 20th Avenue, <br /> building being 60' x 98' for storage. Motion by <br /> Dupre, second by LaMotte, to recommend City Council <br /> approval of Mr. Lessard's proposal to erect a 60 x 98 <br /> building on the Joe LaCasse property, motion carried. <br /> Lu Prachar appeared before P & Z requesting variance <br /> to Ordinance #15, Section 6, LOT STANDARDS ( #10) for <br /> PLAT 27826 - PARCEL 1000. The split off of this parcel is <br /> approximately 1 acre. Motion by LaMotte, second by <br /> Dupre to grant variance to Ordinance #15, Section 6, <br /> LOT STANDARDS ( #10), reason being the split is less than <br /> five acres and not feasible to plat, motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm. <br /> Res, 'Illy submitted, <br /> s - . <br /> Lu P :char, Clerk <br />
