r <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING METING <br /> Tuesday - September 2, 1980 <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman Tom Wilharber <br /> Bob LaMotte Chuck Baumann <br /> ABSENT: Archie Gay Joe rerkowski <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Chairman Zimny called the meeting to order at 7:15 pm. <br /> Clerk read public hearing notice for preliminary plat presentation <br /> of Timber Ridge Development. Messrs. David Alley and Gerald <br /> Walek introduced representatives of Timber Ridge. Mr. Alley <br /> showed slide presentation on development and went over the <br /> rezoning conditions of the project. Questions were heard <br /> from P & Z and the floor. Several items were noted from <br /> the City Planner to be included in the rezoning conditions: <br /> street lighting, traffic signs, street names, landscaping <br /> "island ". Motion by LaMotte, second by Baumann to accept <br /> the preliminary plat of Timber Ridge Development to be <br /> presented to the City Council pending approval from the Rice <br /> Creek Watershed and contingent on additional items to be <br /> included in the rezoning conditions, motion carried. <br /> Mr. Harvey Cartier appeared before P & Z with request for <br /> variance to Ordinance #15 on PLAT 28019 - PARCEL 0120 (0130) <br /> reason being that he has already subdivided and registered the <br /> deed. Parcel 0130 is only 75' frontage on city street, 150' <br /> deep making the lot 11,250 square feet. Motion by Wilharber, <br /> second by LaMotte to grant variance to Ordinance #15, Section <br /> 6, #1 (aa) (bb) (cc), motion carried. Reason for variance <br /> being granted is that subdivision has already been made <br /> previous to request for variance of P & Z. <br /> Mr. Gerald Grundhofer appeared before P & Z advising of <br /> his plan to build an off sale liquor store on Main Street <br /> adjacent to the James Refrigeration property. P & Z requested <br /> additional information and Mr. Grundhofer will appear at <br /> October P & Z. <br /> Motion by LaMotte, second by Baumann to accept resignation <br /> of Joe rerkowski on the P & Z Board, motion carried. Resignation <br /> is effective this date. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:00 pm. <br /> Resp submitted, <br /> Lu P :char, Clerk <br /> L <br />
