PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> August 5, 1980 - 7:00 PM <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman <br /> Bob Lindgren <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Chuck Baumann Francis Burque, liaison <br /> ABSENT: Archie Gay <br /> Bob LaMotte <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> Joe Perkowski <br /> Representatives of Timber Ridge Development were in attendance <br /> and presented P & Z with soil boring results, floor plans of <br /> the homes they build and request preliminary plat presentation <br /> on Tuesday, September 2, 1980. Clerk will publish notice <br /> and also request presence of building inspector at hearing. <br /> Royce Arvidson appeared before board requesting variance <br /> for lot split of PLAT 27851 - PARCEL 2320. Split would <br /> involve one lot being 93.33 x 125.17 and other lot 194 x 100. <br /> Reason for split being it is not feasible to plat. Motion by <br /> Dupre, second by Lindgren to recommend council grant variance <br /> to Ordinance #15, Section 6, (10) for lot split, motion carried. <br /> Next P & Z meeting is September 2, 1980 at 7:00 pm. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:20 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu Prachar, CMC <br /> L <br />
