PLANNING AND ZONING METING - TUESDAY - JUNE 3, 1980 <br /> CITY HALL <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman Mel Dupre <br /> Tom Wilharber Ray Murray <br /> Bob Lindgren Bob LaMotte <br /> ABSENT: Joe Perkowski Archie Gay <br /> Chairman Zimny called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> Representatives of Timber Ridge Development were in attendance <br /> and presented slide presentation of their proposed development <br /> on 20th Avenue off of Main Street. <br /> Discussion followed and they were advised to bring in a topo <br /> map and also do a tax . °analysis on the development. They will <br /> be presenting this at a future meeting of the P & Z. <br /> Roy Mattson of Accessory Research Engineering appeared before <br /> P & Z with proposal of warehouse /shop building to be developed <br /> on ground on 20th off of Main Street.
