PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> Tuesday - May 6, 1980 <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman <br /> Bob LaMotte <br /> Ray Murray <br /> Bob Lindgren <br /> ABSENT: Tom Wilharber <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Archie Gay <br /> Joe Perkowski <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7 :00 pm. <br /> Representatives of the Timber Ridge Development Company <br /> were in attendance with preliminary sketch of a 10 acre <br /> plat off of Main Street and 20th Avenue. <br /> The plat included 41 home sites, 7800 square feet lots, <br /> and discussion was held on the plat. <br /> Being there were only 4 members in attendance, the <br /> Timber Ridge Development Company representatives are <br /> returning to the June 3rd P & Z meeting for further <br /> discussion. <br /> Clerk will advise Council, and Building Inspector to be <br /> in attendance at meeting. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:30 pm. <br /> Re -O RAO lly submitted, <br /> Lu Prashar, Llerk <br />
