PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING — TUESDAY — FEBRUARY 5th, 1980 — 7:00 PM <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Frank Zimny, Chairman Tom Wilharber <br /> Archie Gay Ray Murray <br /> Mel Dupre Fran Burque <br /> Floyd Laska Gary Savela <br /> Walter Prachar <br /> ABSENT: <br /> Bob LaMotte Bob Lindgren <br /> Joe Perkowski Leon L'Allier <br /> Frank Zimny called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. This waa a <br /> joint meeting between P & Z and City Council to discuss the City <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Neil Petrowske appeared before P Rh with request for a variance <br /> on PLAT 27823 PARCEL 0060. He is adding 17 x 100 piece to above <br /> parcel., bringing the parcel to 15,000 square feet. Frank Zimny <br /> made a motion to grant the variance to Neil Petrowske according <br /> to Ordinance #15, Section 6, Lot Standards (10) because of metes <br /> and bounds description and recommended Council grant variance, <br /> P & Z agreed. <br /> Balance of meeting was spent in going over city comprehensive plan <br /> page by page. Several corrections were noted: <br /> Pate 4 - wording <br /> Figure 1 mar needs correction, figure 2, 3, and 4 need correction; <br /> page 21 and 22, 25, 26, 28 and 29 need corrections; figure 6, <br /> pare 32, 44, 47 need correction. These changes or corrections <br /> were noted by Chairman and would advise City Planner of same. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:30 pm. <br /> T submitted, <br /> Lu. Prachsr, Clerk <br />
