I <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 1979 <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman Bob Lindgren <br /> Tom Wilharber Bob LaMotte <br /> Mel Dupre Archie Gay <br /> Walter Prachar, liaison <br /> ABSENT: Joe Perkowski Ray Murray <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> Mr. Al L'Allier appeared before P & Z with request for two <br /> variances on property he owns on Mill Road. (1) a lot <br /> created by metes and bounds description would be created <br /> by the following description: The South 63.2 feet of Lot 5, <br /> Block 2, L'Allier.Estates, according to the map or plat thereof <br /> on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder <br /> in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West <br /> 204 feet thereof and the East 191.31 feet of that part of <br /> Lot 9, Auditor's Subdivision No. 47 Revised, according to <br /> the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of <br /> the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka, Minnesota, that <br /> lies East of the Southerly extension of the West line of <br /> Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision No. 47 Revised, and that lies <br /> South of said Lot 10. This variance is lading the required <br /> 100 feet frontage under Ordinance #10, II RESIDENTIAL (D) <br /> Building Regulations. Also the required 15,000 square feet <br /> under Ordinance #10, II RESIDENTIAL (D) Building Regulations <br /> and under Ordinance #15, SECTION 6 - LOT STANDARDS #10 for the <br /> metes and bounds description. (2) variance is for the <br /> balance of Lot 5, Block 2, L'Allier Estates, for not having <br /> the sufficient 100 feet frontage under Ordinance #10, II <br /> RESIDENTIAL (D) Building Regulations but exceeds the square <br /> footage building requirements. Bob LaMotte made a motion <br /> to grant the two above variances, Bob Lindgren seconded it, <br /> motion carried. <br /> Dan Tourville appeared before P & Z with questions on the <br /> rezoning requirement for a parcel of property he owns in <br /> Centerville. <br /> Balance of meeting was spent discussing the Housing Chapter <br /> of our Comprehensive Plan with Bill Short, City Planner. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:00 pm. 4: Resp tfully submitted, <br /> u achar, Clerk <br />
