r <br /> PLANPING AND ZONING MEiTING - Tuesday, November 6, 1979 - 7:00 PM <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman <br /> Bob Lindgren Ray Murray <br /> Bob LaMotte Tom Wilharber <br /> Mel Dupre Walt Prachar, liaison <br /> Mr. Albert L'Allier appeared before P & Z requesting two variances <br /> on lots he owns on Mill Road. (1) one lot consisting of 62' of <br /> Lot 5, Block d_, L'Allier Estates and 162' of Lot 9, Auditor's <br /> Sub #47 (2) the remainder of Lot 5, Block 1, L'Allier Estates. <br /> Both lots would be short of 100' frontage on a city street <br /> and (2) would be less than 15,000 square feet. Bob LaMotte <br /> made a motion to grant a variance on both lots with respect <br /> to our Ordinance #10, II RESIDENTIAL, (d) Building Regulations <br /> provided the description is corrected and that the garage is <br /> not closer than 10' to the edge of the property line on the #2 <br /> variance, Bob Lindgren seconded it, motion carried. Mr. L'Allier <br /> will get a revised legal description and present a copy to P & Z. <br /> Mayor Prachar suggested the name of Archie Gay to fill the <br /> vacancy on the P & Z board. Board was in agreement and Mayor <br /> will present name to the City Council for approval. <br /> Remainder of evening was spent discussing Review of Official <br /> Controls, Capital Improvements and Housing Chapter in conjunction <br /> with Comprehensive City Plan with Mr. Short. Mr. Short will be <br /> in attendance at December meeting to go over Housing Chapter <br /> material. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:50 pm. <br /> Res ctfully submitted, <br /> Lu Pr har, Clerk <br />
