r <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING - JULY 10, 1979 <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman Jerry Sundberg <br /> Bob LaMotte Tom Wilharber <br /> Joe Perkowski Bob Lindgren <br /> Ray Murray Walter Prachar, liaison <br /> ABSENT: Mel Dupre <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> Mr. Neil Petrowske appeared before P & Z with request for a <br /> variance on his lot at the corner of Main Street and 20th <br /> Avenue. Bob LaMotte made a motion to grant a 9 foot variance - <br /> to Ordinance #10, Section I, #11 Residential, G -Rear Yard <br /> requirements because of his home being only 16 feet away <br /> from the rear yard property line, Joe Perkowski seconded it, <br /> motion carried. Bob LaMotte made a motion to grant variance <br /> to Ordinance #10 , Section 2, Residential, D- Building Site <br /> Regulations, because the lot does not meet square footage <br /> requirements, Joe Perkowski seconded it, motion carried. <br /> This variance only applies to PLAT 27823 -0095, which is <br /> the corner lot with address 7105 20th Avenue. <br /> Jerry Sundberg appeared before P & Z with request for variance <br /> to Ordinance 10, Section 6, Lot Standards, giving Jerry <br /> Peterson a 10x150 piece because Jerry Peterson's deck and <br /> sewer line is too close to the property line. Joe Perkowski <br /> made a motion to grant variance as stated, Bob LaMotte <br /> seconded it, motion carried. <br /> Mr. Tom Bjorklund appeared before P & Z with preliminary <br /> sketch of area he is interested in platting on Mill Road <br /> and Main Street. Discussion followed and he will be <br /> appearing before P & Z at the August 7th meeting with <br /> another preliminary sketch. <br /> Bob LaMotte made a motion to adjourn, Jerry Sundberg <br /> seconded it, motion carried.
