! <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> TUESDAY - MARCH 6, 1979 - 7:00 PM <br /> PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman Tom Wilharber <br /> Robert LaMotte Jerry Sundberg <br /> Melvin Dupre Ray Murray <br /> Walt Prachar, liaison <br /> EBSENT: Joe Perkowski Bob Lindgren <br /> Preliminary plat of Rehbein Estates waw presented to P & Z. <br /> Jerry Sundberg recommended that the plat be approved as <br /> presented with the exception of the Elm Street name being <br /> removed from the plat and 19th Avenue be changed to another <br /> name, the portion now named Elm Street; 75' of the roadway <br /> be blacktopped from the center line and the rest of the <br /> street landscaped to fit in with the property of the <br /> adjoining lots, Bob LaMotte seconded the recommendation, <br /> carried. <br /> Clement Schmitz and Jim Schifsky presented a preliminary <br /> sketch of a mobile home park on 20th Avenue and County Road <br /> #14. This involved 254 units; 132 in the sewered area and <br /> 122 in non - sewered area. Discussion followed and the two <br /> gentlemen will be in attendance at the April 3 P & Z meeting. <br /> James Kvandeck of James Refrigeration presented a preliminary <br /> sketch of a superette and gas pumps to be located on the corner <br /> of Main Street and Mill Road. This is a 2 acre commercial <br /> piece of property measuring 400' on Main Street and 200' on <br /> Mill Road. Superette would be a 3000 square feet building. <br /> He was advised to come to the April 3 P & Z meeting with <br /> preliminary plat and public hearing will be held. <br /> Bill Short from Barton - Aschman appeared for the remainder <br /> of the P & Z meeting with a comprehensive plan draft for <br /> the City of Centerville. He will be coming back to the <br /> April 3 P & Z meeting. <br /> P & Z will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 20 at <br /> the City Hall at 7:00 pm. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:15 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu Prachar <br />
