r <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> 7:00 PM - December 5, 1978 <br /> Bob LaMotte called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> Mr. LaMotte submitted a letter of resignation as chairman <br /> of the Planning and Zoning. Mr. Frank Zimny was nominated <br /> chairman for 1979. <br /> Mr. Short of Barton Aschman Associates and assistant Mary <br /> Ellen Omdahl were in attendance and the Community Issues <br /> Questionnaire was discussed. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:40 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lw Prachar <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> 7:00 PM - January 9, 1979 <br /> Frank Zimny called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. <br /> The preliminary plat of Center Oaks #2 was submitted to <br /> P & Z. After discussion, P & Z made a motion to accept <br /> the preliminary plat pending approval of recommendations <br /> of the City Engineer, approval of Rice Creek Watershed and <br /> the City Council. <br /> Gerald Rehbein appeared before P & Z with sketch of proposed <br /> plat off of Main Street, - part of the mast 24 rods of the <br /> NW* of the NE* of Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 22 <br /> West, Anoka County consisting of 8 lots, 4 acres. <br /> Mr. Short's Community Issues Objectives were discussed by <br /> P & Z. <br /> Next P & Z meeting will be Tuesday, February 6th. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> t Srachar, Clerk <br />
