r <br /> PLANNING & ZONING MEETING <br /> TUESDAY - AUGUST 22, 1978 <br /> RE: PUBLIC HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PELTIER LAKE HILLS <br /> PRESENT: Bob LaMotte, Chairman Tom Wilharber <br /> Bob Lindgren Mel Dupre <br /> Jerry Sundberg Ray Murray <br /> Frank Zimny Walt Prachar, liaison <br /> Husnick & Granger, Developers - Joe Perkowski, absent <br /> Chairman LaMotte called the hearing to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> Chairman LaMotte read the public hearing notice on the <br /> presentation of the preliminary plat of Peltier Lake Hills. <br /> Discussion followed. Plat includes 20 lots with street <br /> designations. Jerry Sundberg made a recommendation to change <br /> the frontage on Lot 52 from 90' to 100' as per our ordinance, <br /> Tom Wilharber seconded the recommendation, it carried. <br /> Discussion was held on the park designation. The whole <br /> plat includes 47 acres which park would be 4.7 acre designation. <br /> Tract E was recommended as park area on collecting $100. per <br /> lot for park fund. P & Z recommended looking at the Tract E <br /> area to see if it was suitable for park before making a final <br /> decision on the designation. <br /> Residents in the audience gave their views on the plat and <br /> its presentation. <br /> Clerk read petition from the Peltier Lake Drive homeowners <br /> which was presented at the August 9th Council meeting. <br /> Jerry Sundberg made a recommendation to the City Council <br /> to accept the preliminary plat of Peltier Lake Hills which <br /> the following stipulations: (1) Change Lot 52 to 100,' <br /> frontage, (2) Change the name of Dakota Road to Centerville <br /> Road, and (3) Look into Tract E as a park area or collect <br /> $100. per lot when building permits are issued, Tom Wilharber <br /> seconded the recommendation, recommendation carried. This <br /> plat would be called Peltier Lake Hills, Phase One. <br /> Clerk is to send notice of following P & Z meeting - September <br /> 5th, 7:00 pm. <br /> Respj tfully submitted, <br /> Pracha , Clerk <br />
