Variance <br /> request was because of a metes and bounds description on lot. <br /> P & Z recommended variance be granted. <br /> Peltier Hills Addition preliminary sketch was presented <br /> by Jim Husnick and Rich Granger. This sketch of proposed <br /> plat includes 69 lots and plat be broken down into three <br /> phases. Residents of Peltier Lake Drive were in attendance <br /> requesting Peltier Lake Drive be left a dead end street. <br /> Joe Perkowski moved the concept of Peltier Hills Addition <br /> be approved by the Planning and Zoning, Ray Murray seconded <br /> it, motion carried. <br /> Lots included in Phase I of Husnick and Granger Plat be <br /> as follows: Lots 1 and 2, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 15, 16, <br /> 17, 18, 19, 20, 35, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49, 63, 64, 65, 66, <br /> 67, 68, and 69. Change lines on lots 11, 12 and 13, plat <br /> to include access from each end. <br /> Lot split on Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 9 was requested by <br /> William LaLonde. Split was described as follows: Tract <br /> A - Lot 6, and the North z of Lot 5, Block 9, Centerville <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota - 75' x 150'. Tract B - Lot 4, <br /> and the south 2 of Lot 5, Block 9, Centerville, Anoka County <br /> Minnesota - 75' x 150'. P & Z recommendation was to grant <br /> variance for lot split on this property. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:40 pm.
