Planning & Zoning Meeting <br /> Tuesday, December 6, 1977 <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Present: <br /> Bob LaMotte, Chairman Bob Lindgren <br /> Mel Dupre Jerry Sundberg <br /> Tom Wilharber Walter Prachar, liaison <br /> Clarence Smith of Amenity One, Inc., made presentation on <br /> his company's qualifications as an urban and regional <br /> planner, park planning projects, drawing up new zoning <br /> regulations, and updating land use controls. Matter <br /> will be turned over to City Council for advisement. <br /> Ray Murray, Joe Perkowski and Frank Zimny appeared before <br /> P & Z with reference to becoming eligible for participation <br /> on the board in 1978. <br /> John Peterson appeared before committee with preliminary <br /> sketch of his plat centered around Mill Road and Main Street. <br /> Plat covers approximately 28 acres. P & Z looked at land <br /> for park dedication, possibly phasing of portions of plat <br /> over the next few years and recommending that the double <br /> bungalows shown on the plat be called multiple dwellings. <br /> John will appear at next P & Z meeting on December 20th <br /> for further consideration. <br /> Bob LaMotte requested the P & Z to look at his property <br /> on Heritage Street, which is 3 lots, centered by his house <br /> which he would like a variance granted. Mel Dupre recommended <br /> that a variance be granted on Ordinance #15, Section 6, <br /> paragraph 10 on the following piece of property: <br /> PLAT 27853 - Parcel 2545 - Part of Lot 15, Auditor's Sub - <br /> Division No. 48 Revised described as follows: That part <br /> of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No 48 commencing at a <br /> point where Northerly line of Lot 15 intersects westerly <br /> line of right of way of Anoka County State Aid Road No 4; <br /> thence westerly 6 yards along northerly line of said Lot <br /> 15 a distance of 350 feet; thence southerly and at right <br /> angles to said northerly line of said Lot 15 a distance of <br /> 125 feet; thence easterly and parallel to northerly line <br /> of Lot 15 a distance of 350 feet; more �r less to westerly <br /> line of Anoka County right of way of State Aid Road No. 4; <br /> thence northerly along westerly line of said right of way <br /> a distance of 125 feet to point of commencement.- except <br /> west 8 feet of above description and part of lot 15 <br /> Auditor's Subdivision No 48 revised described as follows: <br /> that part of Lot 15 Auditor's Subdivision No 48 described <br /> as follows; commencing at NE corner of said Lot 15; <br /> thence southerly along east line of said Lot 15 225 feet; <br /> thence west at right angles 200 feet to point of the land <br /> to be conveyed; thence continuing west at right angles 142 <br /> feet to a point; thence North at right angles 130 feet to a <br /> point; thence east at right angles 142 feet to a point; <br /> thence south at right angles 130 at to the point of <br /> beginning. fect <br />
