• PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING OCTOBER .4, 1977 . <br /> PRESENT: Robert LaMotte <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Bob Lindgren <br /> JerrySundberg <br /> Walt Prachar, liaison <br /> ABSENT: Leon Williams <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> Bob LaMotte called the meeting to order at 7:15 pm. <br /> Royce Arvidson, 1295 Mound Trail appeared before P & Z with <br /> request for variance on the following piece of property: <br /> That part of Government Lot 6, Section 15, Township 31, Range 22 <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> intersection of the South line of said Government Lot 6 and the <br /> East line of the West 412.5 feet thereof; thence North 55 degrees <br /> 00 feet 35 inches East (assumed bearing) a distance of 770.25 feet <br /> on a line which would intersect the East line of said Government <br /> Lot 6 distant 715 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof and <br /> said point being the point of beginning of land to be described; <br /> . 'thence continue North 55 degrees 00 feet 35 inches East on same <br /> described line to its intersection with the East line of said <br /> . Government Lot 6; thence Southerly qn said East line to the shore <br /> line of Centerville Lake; thence Southwesterly along said shore <br /> line to a line which bears South 20 degrees 26 feet 43 inches <br /> East from the point of beginning; thence North 20 degrees 26 feet <br /> 43 inches West to the point of beginning; said land being a part <br /> of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision #46, Revised. (Certificate of <br /> Survey Description is attached to these minutes). <br /> There is a house existing on the property and its a matter of <br /> Mr. Leibel selling Mr. Arvidson a lot containing the house. <br /> Property was divided because of an acquisition of County Park. <br /> Planning and Zoning recommended a variance be granted on this <br /> piece of property. They also stipulated that further lot <br /> fi lits on parcels of property be allowed only when submitting <br /> a plat on the remainder. <br /> Balance of meeting was devoted to discussing zoning ordinance <br /> changes for the City. Clerk was to get zoning guide from the <br /> League of Minnesota Cities for P &'Z to work <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:30 pm.
