PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> MARCH 1, 1977 <br /> PRESENT: Bob LaMotte <br /> Bob Lindgren <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Jerry Sundberg <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> ABSENT: Leon Williams <br /> Mr. Henry Spores appeared before P &Z to ask for a variance <br /> as regards lot split on lot described as follows: <br /> Lot 13, Auditor's Subdivision #47, according to the duly <br /> recorded map or plat thereof on file and of record in office <br /> of the Register of Deeds within and for Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. Proposed lot size would be approximately 82 x 185 <br /> feet with 17,000 square feet. P & Z recommended to council <br /> that such a variance be granted to Mr. Spores. <br /> Larry Brokke from L & B Tree Service brought in proposal <br /> for office and shop to be built next to his lot on 20th <br /> Avenue. He also informed P & Z he would be petitioning <br /> them to rezone the property described as: SE4 of SE4 <br /> of Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County from <br /> agricultural - residential to commercial. Clerk would set <br /> up public hearing on same and inform P & Z. <br /> Robert LaMotte appeared before P & Z with request for a <br /> variance on the following described property: <br /> The South 160 feet of the North 1089.2 feet of the East <br /> 142.8 feet of the NW4 of the SW* of Section 23, Township <br /> 31, North, Range 22 West in the Village of Centerville and <br /> subject to the road rights the public has acquired in the <br /> easterly 42.8 feet, subject to inclusion of a minimum of <br /> 10' drainage easement along south end of lot described <br /> above.
