PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br /> December 7, 1976 - 7:00 pm. <br /> PRESENT: Robert LaMotte, Chairman <br /> Bob Lindgren <br /> Jerry Sundberg <br /> Leon Williams <br /> ABSENT: Tom Wilharber <br /> Gordy Rehbein <br /> Discussion was held on situation of sewer line going in on <br /> Peltier Lake Drive. Walt Williams attended meeting from <br /> Carley Engineering and will draw up sketch showing sewer <br /> line and the matter . of cutting down the hill between Jim <br /> Sahlstrom and Mr. Micklichs' houses. This matter will be <br /> taken up at a future meeting. <br /> Discussion on Centerville Systems statement was held. <br /> Meeting is to be set up for December 14 between P & 2, <br /> Council and Mr. Ranta of the Metro Council to discuss <br /> the statement further. <br /> Walt Williams presented P & Z with engineer's sketch of <br /> Center Oaks presenting five items to be discussed. P & Z <br /> approved all five items Carley Engineering had proposed. <br /> P & Z was shown Tract B of piece of property owned by <br /> Al L'Allier requesting a variance because the property <br /> is the last remaining lot in metes and bounds description <br /> and not feasible to make a plat. P & Z recommended granting <br /> the variance. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:50 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu Prachar, Clerk <br />
