PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING - APRIL 13th, 1976 - 7:00 pm. <br /> PRESENT: Bob LaMotte, Chairman <br /> Jerry Sundberg <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> Leon Williams <br /> Bob Lindgren <br /> Gordy Rehbein - Absent <br /> Discussion was held on property next to Tom Wilharbers' home. <br /> Jerry Wilharber was interested in building a home on same <br /> property. It is an acre lot with 207.8 across fffiXfl of lot. <br /> front <br /> P & Z recommendation was to go along with his request and to <br /> grant a variance to Ordinance 15 on his plat. <br /> Hal Leibel was in attendance to inquire about getting a building <br /> permit to put up a body shop and home on a 12 acre piece of <br /> ground bordered by Leibel and the Anoka County park area. <br /> Mr. Leibel was to contact Dave Torkildson, Park Director of <br /> Anoka County for his approval and come back to P & Z with results. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu Prachar, Clerk- Treasurer <br /> J <br />
