ORDINANCE NO. 14 <br /> This is an addition to Ordinance No. 14 and shall be known <br /> as section 17, 18, 19,and 20, and concerns the construction and <br /> improvements of the streets within the Village limits. <br /> The Council of the Village of Centerville do ordain as follows. <br /> section 17 <br /> Bituminous Surfacing <br /> All streets shall be surfaced with a plant mixed machine laid <br /> bituminous mat, having a minimun.thickness of 2 inches using <br /> bituminous material conforming to Minnesota Highway Department <br /> Specification No. 2331. <br /> section 18 <br /> Drainage <br /> Provisions shall be made for the proper drainage of all streets <br /> through the installation of adequately designed culverts, storm <br /> sewer and appurtenances, etc. The installation shall be considered <br /> part of the essential street constuction requirements provided <br /> for by this chapter. <br /> section 19 <br /> Boulevards <br /> The boulevards ( area between the back of the curbs and <br /> property line ) shall be uniformly finished to match the tops of <br /> the curb and sodded or seeded to present a pleasing finished <br /> appearance. <br /> section 20 <br /> Driveways <br /> All that protion of the boulevard designated as driveway shall <br /> be surfaced with plant mixed bituminous material conforming to <br /> M.H.D.
