PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING October 1, 1974 <br /> present: <br /> Bob LaMotte, Chairman <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Ken Salin <br /> Walter Prachar, liaison <br /> Lu Marcello, Clerk <br /> absent: <br /> Gordy Rehbein <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:10 pm. <br /> Mayor Prachar read letter from Mr. Boland of Metro <br /> Council dated August 26, 1974, on the status of the <br /> sewer in Centerville. <br /> P & Z had received letter from Mlnnesota Planning Assn. <br /> asking them to join their association. <br /> Bob LaMotte had received letter from Mr. Hutchison of <br /> the Anoka County Comprehensive Health Department asking <br /> for P & Z interest in holding a seminar on the water <br /> well construction code which had recently been adopted . <br /> by the Mlnnesota State Board of Health. <br /> Each P & Z member was given a zoning map to go over and. <br /> Put their ideas on paper concerning future building in <br /> the City of Centerville and bring to next meeting. <br /> P & Z November meeting will be on Tuesday, November 12th <br /> at 8:00 in the village hall. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9 :30 pm <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu Marcello, Clerk <br />
