PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING MAY 7, 1974 <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Robert LaMotte, Chairman <br /> Ken Salin <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Walter Prachar <br /> Lu Marcello <br /> Henry Amundsen <br /> ABSENT: <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> Gordy Rehbein <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:10 pm. <br /> Mayor Prachar informed P & Z that Centerville was <br /> included in the National Flood Insurance program. <br /> Being in the flood hazard area means that if residents <br /> do not avail themselves of the flood insurance and <br /> there is a flood, they cannot get funds for damages. <br /> MR. Henry Amundsen, Building Inspector, was in <br /> attendance and went over the amendments to the <br /> state building code. He recommended adopting <br /> amendments to code with the exception of Chapters <br /> 2 and 3. P & Z also went over Lino Lakes building <br /> fee schedule A. Ken Salin made a motion that P & Z <br /> recommend adoption of Schedule A, Mel Dupre seconded <br /> it, motion carried. <br /> Ken Salin made a motion to adjourn meeting, Bob <br /> LaMotte seconded it, motion carried.
