PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING APRIL 2, 1974 <br /> PRESENT: ABSENT: <br /> Robert LaMotte, Chairman Ken Salin <br /> Gordy Rehbein <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> Walter Prachar <br /> Jerry Parent <br /> Jim Schilling <br /> Don Hult <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:20 pm. <br /> Messrs. Jerry Parent, Jim Schilling and Don Hult appeared <br /> before Planning all Zoning with the Parent - Schilling Estate <br /> Plot Plan. <br /> 1. Street profile was presented which had been accepted by <br /> Mr. Gotwold earlier but Hult was to take it to Gotwold for <br /> up- dating on estimates concerning gravel roads being put Li <br /> according to village specs. <br /> 2. Jerry's abstract had been searched by Mr. Wille, but <br /> Jim Schilling's abstract had yet to be done. <br /> 3. Jerry was to take both abstracts to Mr. Hawkins for <br /> his search, along with items to be included on deeds <br /> which is called protective covenants. <br /> Gordy Rehbein made a motion to recommend to the council <br /> that the protective covenants include that all lot purchasers <br /> be advised that the streets will eventually be blacktopped <br /> after the sewer is in and the blacktopping will be assessed <br /> to each individual lot. Mel Dupre seconded it, motion <br /> carried. <br /> 4. The state building permit fee schedule was brought <br /> up but no action taken on subject. <br /> Gordy Rehbein made a motion to adjourn meeting, Tom <br /> Wilharber seconded it, motion carried.
