PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING MARCH 5, 1974 <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Robert LaMotte, Chairman Walter Prachar, Mayor <br /> Ken Salin Fran Burque <br /> Mel Dupre Elmer Murray <br /> Gordy Rehbein <br /> Mr. John HOuston Bob Barett <br /> Mr. Ken Gust Mr. Jeska <br /> Mr. Frank Everhard Ken Carpenter <br /> Fran Tourville <br /> Henry Amundsen <br /> Purpose of meeting was a public hearing on Center Oaks proposed <br /> project changes. <br /> 1. Change in boundary of commercial property. First alignment <br /> followed curvature of 20th Avenue South. They straightened out <br /> the road to the north, shifting line to the east. All within <br /> their commercial property line. <br /> 2. Original plan called for an entrance road at the southwest <br /> corner of the south border and curved up. This road is now <br /> 30' drainage easement and the new road moved 450' to the north <br /> for property owners access on both sides. This cut the lots from <br /> 89 to 87. Revised plan calls for another 150' cul du sac. <br /> Houston Engineering is going to send a copy of revised plat to <br /> Gottwold for his inspection. <br /> Ken Salin made a motion that P & Z accept the plat of Center <br /> Oaks as shown with the 30' easement to the excepted property, <br /> Gordy Rehbein seconded it, motion carried. <br /> Mel Dupre made a motion to adjourn meeting, Ken Salin seconded it, <br /> motion carried.
