PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING February 5, 1974 <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Robert LaMotte, Chairman (late) <br /> Ken Salin <br /> Mel Dupre John Houston <br /> • Tom Wilharber Ken Gust <br /> Gordy Rehbein Frank Everhard <br /> Walt Prachar Henry Amundsen <br /> Lu Marcella <br /> Meeting was called. to order at 9 :05 pm. <br /> Mr. Gust presented Development Plan Outline of Center <br /> Oaks in Centerville. <br /> One cul du sac (100') removed from original plan submitted <br /> January 9. <br /> Concerning the commercial property as the east 416 feet <br /> starting from the existing right of way of 20th Avenue <br /> (County Road ;154), conditions are such to have the <br /> commercial designation between 466 feet west of the east <br /> edge of the site and the west right of way of 20th Avenue. <br /> Mel Dupre made a motion. to grant a technical variance to <br /> have the commercial designation between 466 feet west of <br /> the east edge of the site and west right of way of 20th <br /> Avenue. Ken Salin seconded it, motion carrier'. The west <br /> boundary of the commercial designation will then be a <br /> continuous straight line from the north rather than reflecting <br /> the curve of County Road 151L. <br /> Gordy Rehbein made a motion to have the entrance road <br /> at the east end entirely within the plat and along the <br /> south boundary of the plat, Ken Salin seconded it, motion <br /> carried. <br /> Ken Salin made a motion that Planning and Zoning ascent <br /> the preliminary slat of Center Oaks as sho-rn with the <br /> changes covered in the previous motions, Tom 'lilharber <br /> seconded it, motion carried. <br /> The Center Oaks Development Plan outline is on file in the <br /> Village Hall. <br /> Mr. Henry Amundsen appeared before P & Z to fill Building <br /> Inspector post. Board went over permit schedule and <br /> answered questions.
