PLANNING & ZONING MEETING January 8, 1974 <br /> PRESENT: GUESTS: <br /> Bob LaMotte, Chairman John C. Houston <br /> Ken Salin Frank Eberhardt <br /> Melvin Dupre Ken Gust <br /> Gordy Rehbein <br /> Walter Prachar <br /> Lu Marcello <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm. <br /> Messrs. John Houston, Ken Gust from HOUSTON ENGINEERING and <br /> Frank Eberhardt appearred before P & Z with a preliminary <br /> plot plan for a residential development. Development was <br /> situated between County Roads 'f21 and 54. It is a 60 acre <br /> piece, 3/4 mile long and 660' wide. It involves approximately <br /> 47 acres development, 6 acre park and 7 acres commercial, <br /> 88 lots in residential of approximately 1500 square feet <br /> per lot. Print is on file in village hall. It involved <br /> 3 culdusacs - 2 150' and 1 100' - P & Z wanted the 100' <br /> culdusac made bigger. Some problem on how the ditch from <br /> Centerville Road would be taken care of, Houston was going <br /> to talk to Cecil LaMotte about this. Houston also taking <br /> print to Gotwold for his inspection. <br /> Schedule for next month: Houston would bring finalized <br /> Plat to P & Z on 1'e yuai'y 5, public hearing would be held <br /> on February 12 and council meeting February 13. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:15 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu Marcello <br />
