PLANNING & ZONING MEETING December 11, 1973 <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Walter Ptachar Gordy Rehbein <br /> Mel Dupre Bob LaMotte <br /> Fran Burque Lu Marcello <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:50 pm. <br /> Discussion on Tourville's problem in building a house by <br /> Wayne Wetterlind's home. Village P &Z or council have no <br /> action or any recommendations to make until property owners <br /> iron out their problems themselves. They have to figure out <br /> some way to deed 331 feet easement for road and try to make <br /> it straight through from Centerville Road to 20th Avenue. <br /> Mel Dupre made a recommendation that the center of the road <br /> be right on the quarter - section line, 6900 block, otherwise <br /> known as Meadow Lane, from Anoka County Road #21 (Centerville <br /> Road) to Anoka County Road 154 (20th Avenue). <br /> Jerry Parent appearred before P &Z and advised them he was <br /> going ahead with his half the Parent - Schilling plot plan. <br /> Mr. Wille was going over JErry's abstracts at this time. <br /> Other things to consider, new print would have to made up <br /> of just Parent's property and present to P & Z, LOT Y4 was <br /> an out lot, other out lot on Creek, road plans be brought <br /> to Village Council, advise Gotwold on the specifications <br /> for streets in Parent's plat. <br /> Parent's blacktop situation in his new plat was discussed <br /> but Gordy felt that all members of P &Z were not in attendance <br /> at meeting and it should be tabled until next meeting. <br /> Gnrrdy marls a motion to adjourn meeting, Mel seconded it, <br /> motion carried.
