PLANNING & ZONING MEETING June 5, 1973 <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Bob LaMotte Joe LaCasse <br /> Mel Dupre Joe Domagala <br /> Tom Wilharber <br /> Ken Salin <br /> Meeting was called to order at 8:30 pm. <br /> Joe LaCasse brought up that our code doesn't have any <br /> provision as to minimum 1st floor area for a dwelling of <br /> 177 floors. A party has requested a building permit to put <br /> up a 11 story house with 800 square feet 1st floor area. <br /> Commercial codes should be worked on as to: 1. types of <br /> buildings, 2. fencing around buildings, 3. property should <br /> be able to be beautified. <br /> Joe Domagala from Pipkorn ''J. E. Manufacturing and Wire <br /> Products company attended meeting to check on possibility <br /> of starting a plant around here.
