PLANNING & ZONING MEETING January 18,, 1973 <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Bob LaMotte Mel Dupre <br /> Walter Prachar Fran Burque <br /> Jim Schilling Jerry Parent <br /> George Gotwold Norman Livgard <br /> Gordy Rehbein <br /> Meeting was called to order at 8:05 pm. <br /> Covered letter from Milner W. Carley & Associates. <br /> 1. Lot, Block 2 - could leave at 95' frontage if house <br /> is built at an angle. This should be in writing to Village <br /> Council. <br /> 2. Plan and profile for streets are needed before ok can <br /> be given. <br /> 3. Temporary turnarounds are ready for filing. <br /> 4. Bond should be set up for streets. Could be reduced <br /> after street is to grade. <br /> 5. Streets will only be partially built until after sanitary <br /> sewer is in. Built to grade with some gravel base. <br /> George Gotwold said sewer plans are in limbo at present time. <br /> We will need to work on land use map. <br /> Bills from Milner W. carley & Associates for work on Schilling - <br /> Parent plat are to be collected from the plat owners. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:55 pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Ken Salin <br />
