PLANNING & ZONING MEETING January 2, 1973 <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Bob LaMotte <br /> Fran Burque <br /> Walter Prachar <br /> Mel Dupre <br /> Ken Salin <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7 :30 pm. <br /> Minutes of last meeting were read and approved, motion by <br /> Fran Burque and seconded by Mel Dupre, motion carried. <br /> Old Business: Walt Prachar reported on county meeting. <br /> 1. Mound Trail - County will leave road as is and let it go <br /> back to owners. They propose to put in a new road around <br /> behind the present homes. <br /> 2. Tax Loss - County is going to go to the legislature <br /> for permission to reimburse the village for five years. <br /> Parent - Schilling Plat: Mel Dupre had Charles Georgi come' <br /> out and recheck his survey. Georgi says he is right. <br /> Jim Schilling came to meeting. 1. Reviewed his letter from <br /> the Rice Creek Watershed. There didn't seem to be any <br /> problem. 2. Reviewed letter from Gotwold - turn - around <br /> has been added, still question about lot 4 at 7th and <br /> Center Lane (Parent's property). 3. A special meeting <br /> is to be set up by Jim Schilling involving Gotwold and <br /> Livgard. <br /> Worked on village street plat. <br /> Walter Prachar suggested that we work on a trailer park <br /> moning. <br /> Consider the possibility of someone wanting to expand the <br /> depth of commercially zoned lot. <br /> Fran Burque made motion to adjourn meeting, Ken Salin <br /> seconded it, motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9 :35 pm. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Ken Salin <br />
