Lino has certified engineer - cost is from $150 to <br /> $250, Twin City Testing - Ron Harless of Anoka $40 to $60, <br /> check on Gary Barott. <br /> Jerry Boyd issues red, tag only after notifying owner and <br /> giving him a chance to rectify it before issuing a red tag. <br /> Lino gives 14 days after issuance of red tag. <br /> Plumbing inspector effective as of June 21, 1972. <br /> Suggested that the inspector get tags for issuance. <br /> Copies of permits - who issues - owners that are platting <br /> property should have a percolation test before a plat is <br /> accepted.
