The state <br /> conservation department has a model ordinance. Walter Pracher to try and get more informa- <br /> tion from the county. New state law on sewer to go into effect 7/1/72 - No sewer line <br /> shall be any lower than 4' above lake level. This is for lots without sanitary sewers. <br /> Trailer parks cannot be zoned out. The village should set aside an area for trailer <br /> parks otherwise we could be accused of discrimination. <br /> It was also suggested that one member of the village council should be on the planning <br /> and zoning commission. <br /> To be presented to village counci. Commercial property to be zoned on the north side of <br /> Main st. 416ft. deep. To allow for 100 ft set back of buildings or make it 2 lots back <br /> to back and plan for another street to run parallel with Main St. Also present to <br /> council 5 acre ordinance plan to put teeth in the building permit law. <br /> Gordy Rehbein made a motion to adjourn - seconded by Ken Carpenter. - so ordered. <br /> Meeting adjourned 11;00 pm <br /> Respectfully yours <br /> R.L.
