March 7, 1972 <br /> PLANNING & ZONING MEETING <br /> Called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Chairman, Walter Pracher <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: VILLAGE COUNCIL: <br /> Walter Pracher Fred Bunker <br /> Fran Burque John Peterson <br /> Gordy Rehbein Elmer Murray <br /> Bob LaMotte Leon L'Allier <br /> Helen McKenzie <br /> Joe LaCasse <br /> Question:asked of the Village Council is: What does council want <br /> the committee to do? <br /> Answer:Plan for:•light industry - commercial - single dwelling units - <br /> multiple dwellings - trailor courts - try to set out areas for each. <br /> The Mayor, Fred Bunker, suggested we contact and use the village <br /> attorney when needed. Fred Bunker also stated that county 14 or <br /> Main Street will be rebuilt into a 9 ton road. ( Information received <br /> from the county.) <br /> Expect sewer in about August of 1973. <br /> lake up platting ordinance - checking county and state requirements. <br /> Village board and Metro sewer board will have a meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 3/13/72. <br /> Side light of meeting of 3/13/72 council suggested that we incorporate into <br /> ordinance the following: anyone having land of 5 acres or over will have <br /> to be living on or near the property if they are going to keep livestock <br /> on it. <br /> John Peterson trying to figure out what to do with property south of Main <br /> St. Sell lots or the whole thing. <br /> Nest meeting to be 3/20 /72 @ 7:OOp.m. <br /> Bob LaMotte <br /> J , y 7 ./ <br />
