2/1/72 <br /> -1- <br /> Planning Zoning Committee Meeting <br /> Meeting called to order by chairman, Walter Pracher <br /> Members Present: <br /> Walter Pracher <br /> Gordy Rehbein <br /> Ken Carpenter <br /> Bob LaMotte <br /> Absent: <br /> Fran Burque and one member of the village council. <br /> Minutes of meeting of 1/18/72 accepted as read with one correction. <br /> The secretary forgot to record that Walter Pracher could get S.E.S. <br /> Soils maps for the village. <br /> Bill Rehbein's property, south of Main St., zoned commercial at the <br /> time the code was written up. This is according to information Walter <br /> Pracher was able to obtain from the minutes of past years. Much of it <br /> was very vague. <br /> Updating will have to start as of now, with modifications due to lack of <br /> information in past minutes. <br /> Walter Pracher brought in a copy of the Lino Lakes Ordinaces. The <br /> question arose as to whether or not the village should rewrite the <br /> present ordinace or up date it. <br /> Does the village have a set pattern for future streets? <br /> Park land set up - Are the county & village making plans? Metro council <br /> appears to be. <br /> Roy Richard Baber and George Michael Kolb attended the meeting to request <br /> a variance on Lot 2 block 1 of LaMottes first addition. The request <br /> read as such: <br /> Change lot width from 100' to 90' on lot #2. Total square footage <br /> will be 14,580 sq. ft. Request a variance on lot #3 to change building <br /> set back on property line from 10' to 7 1/2'. <br /> Motion made by Gordy Rehbein and 2nd by Ken Carpenter to recommend the <br /> council accept these 2 variances. Approved. <br /> Zoning committee to go to village meeting to get instructions and directions <br /> as to what the P.& Z. should do, rewrite code - amend it - how much <br /> should be zoned industrial - residential.
