1r 1/18/72 <br /> 1st Meeting of Planning & Zoning Committee <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman Walter Pracher, 3:25 P.M. <br /> Members Present: <br /> Walter Pracher" - Chairman <br /> Gordon Rehbein <br /> p'enneth Carpenter <br /> Francis Burgue <br /> Robert LaMotte <br /> Fred Bunker - Mayor <br /> Robert LaMotte elected secretary <br /> Meeting opened up with many questions being asked by all members present. <br /> 1. Bill Rehbein property rezoned - When? <br /> 2. Street names & numbers - Where is map? <br /> 3. Post office is requesting this information also. <br /> 4. Driveway entrance & exits on all new construction. The County has <br /> asked that no new construction be allowed where the residents have <br /> to back out onto a county road. All turn arounds should be planned <br /> for in the yard. <br /> 5. Discussion of master plan on land use by people seeking permits. <br /> Allowing for Power Co. easements, sewer, drainage, streets, building <br /> location on lots. <br /> 6. Provisions in building code for - pre fab homes, trailer courts, <br /> high rise, duplex, town houses, low cost housing, single unit higher <br /> cost housing, commercial, industrial, agriculture, off street park- <br /> ing for new construction. <br /> 7. Check on State regulations - plumbing, electrical, etc. <br /> 8. Check minutes of all Village meetings from 1961 thru 1971 for any <br /> amendments or deletions the village council may have made. <br /> Chairman, Walter Pracher brought the records home to check. <br /> 9. One change made 10/9/63 reads as follows: <br /> ilotion made by Mel Dupre, seconded by C. LaMotte, to accept John <br /> Petersons property from a residential area to a commercial property. <br /> Fran Burgue made <br /> Fran Burque made a motion to adjourn, 2nd by Gordy Rehbein.
